Customer Q&A

I can't seem to get my Palm handheld or smartphone to turn on. I don't want to send it in for repair unless I know for sure that it is not functioning correctly. How can I check this out? There are a number of situations where your handheld or smartphone may seem non-functional and in need of service. Most of these problems are easily fixed and do not require actual repair of your device. Many solutions are located on our Technical Support page. If your Palm device will not turn on, please see the Palm Knowledge Library for more assistance.
The screen on my Palm handheld or smartphone is broken. How can I get it repaired?   Customer Care can provide assistance in arranging repair for a Palm product that has experienced physical damage. How can I order a replacement manual or handbook?   Palm manuals are available for download from our Web site at no charge. Please visit Palm support and select your device.
