Documents To Go® version 8.0, included with the Treo™ 755p smartphone, offers native document support, so you can download, view, and edit Word and Excel® compatible documents, and view PowerPoint® presentations and PDFs, then send them back fast.2

  • Read and edit a Word file.
    Work on your documents on business trips, like on a flight. When you land, email2 your revised document to your colleagues or synchronize it with your computer back at your desk.3

  • Create a new report.
    Down time doesn't need to be wasted time. Using the built-in QWERTY keyboard, you can quickly type your thoughts into a document. Standard text formatting like bolding, italics, and bulleted lists make it simple to create a professional, easy-to-read report. Your new file can be saved as a Word document when you synchronize with your computer.

  • Create or edit a spreadsheet.
    Viewing the latest sales figures on the road is easy with the generously sized touchscreen, but what to do if you spot a mistake? Just fix it and save. Your changes, including file formatting, are retained when you synchronize the spreadsheet back to your computer.3 Need to draft a budget from scratch? Just open up a new spreadsheet and get to work. You can save it as an Excel document the next time you synchronize.

Edits are made to Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel documents on the device via the Documents To Go application. Some editing functionality is not supported, such as multiple font sizes and spell check. During synchronization with the desktop, edits are copied to the desktop version of the document.
