  • Make a date and keep it with Calendar.
    View your day, week, month, and year at a glance. Or, see today's appointments combined with your to-do list and unread emails in the Agenda view. You can colour-code your appointments, and you only need to enter repeating events once. Then remind yourself of appointments with an alarm.

  • Keep in touch with Contacts.
    Have names and addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and more at your fingertips. Enter a birthday or anniversary into a contact's entry and have it automatically appear on the Calendar. Snap a picture of a friend and add it to their contact information so you can see who's calling.2 You can even assign a unique ringtone to a contact, or to an entire category of contacts such as work or family.

  • Stay on track with Tasks.
    Sort your tasks by categories like business or personal. Prioritize them, create deadlines, and stay focused by setting reminders. Then check off tasks as they get done.

  • Store important—or even trivial—info with Memos.
    Save information that you don't want to forget—meeting notes, grocery lists, recipes, your favourite quotes—and access it with a few taps. Record a voice memo using the built-in microphone, and even include it in an email.3

  • Synchronize with Outlook.
    If you use Microsoft® Outlook® on your PC, you can choose to sync your contacts, calendar, tasks, and memos on your smartphone with Outlook instead of Palm® Desktop software. If your company uses Microsoft® Exchange Server, you may be able to wirelessly synchronize your Calendar, Contacts, and email directly with the office server. Just ask IT.

  • Add it up with Calculator.
    Figure out the tip on a restaurant bill, balance your checkbook, and, if you're so inclined, do advanced calculations involving APR, exponents, trigonometric functions, and more with the built-in calculator.
