Repair procedure:
1 Provide your contact information to the Palm Support Representative.
2 The Palm Support Representative will provide you with a Service Repair Order Number (SRO number). Write this number down.
3 If possible, backup all data from the original device.
4 Remove any accessories and add-ons, like a case, faceplate, stylus or batteries (depending on model type) and place the device inside the box with your name, address and SRO #. Any items sent other than the Palm device will not be returned.
5 Send the device to the Palm support address with the SRO number clearly indicated in the address area.
