If your company has a Wi-Fi network on its campus, you can wirelessly and securely download email and calendar information directly to your Palm® TX handheld from the corporate server��癳ithout having to go through your desktop computer.1 Staying synchronised couldn't be any easier.

  • Stay on top of appointments and email.
    When you're away from your desk—whether you're in a conference room, at a colleague's desk, or even outside the office, you can still stay in touch. Just wirelessly sync your handheld with the server to update your calendar, send and receive email, and respond to meeting invitations.2

  • Sync at your convenience.
    Choose manual or scheduled synchronisation so you can get what you want, when you want it, in the way that works best for you.

  • Keep information secure.
    Rest easy knowing your important information and email messages are safe and secure because everything is synchronised via SSL. Your company may have additional security measures such as a VPN. Check with your company's system administrator for details.

  • Sync with VersaMail and Calendar.
    Exchange ActiveSync works with the VersaMail® 3.1 email client and Calendar organiser application built in to the Palm TX handheld.

    • Sync your Inbox, including attachments. Messages you've sent on your handheld are sent using the Exchange server, and copies of these messages are added to the Sent Items folder on the server. Messages you've deleted are moved to the Deleted Items on the server.
    • Accept, tentatively accept, or decline meeting invitations, with or without comments. Meetings are automatically added to your calendar and updated on the server. Add or update events on your handheld, and the information is transferred to the server.
    • Send and receive email quickly. Replies and forwarded email messages are optimised for quick distribution over the network.
    • Automatically adjust to time zones. All calendar events time-shift based on the time zone you set for your handheld.
