The Zire 72 handheld is a visual product and can communicate to its' user both graphically (via customizable pictographs) or via text. User hearing is not required for standard features in this device. The Zire 72 can be connected to an accessory headset device, speaker and/or a microphone jack. This allows users to playback audio and or video files via third party applications. The Zire 72 provide SMS capabilities that are comparable to TTY communications relays. |
Handhelds by Palm are visual products that communicate both graphically and textually. User hearing is not required for standard features with the exception of the TUNGSTEN W telecommunications feature. The Tungsten C, TUNGSTEN T, Zire 72, Zire 71, Zire 31 and TUNGSTEN T2 have an accessory headset device, speaker and/or a microphone jack that allows users to playback audio and or video files via third party applications.
