Introduces Franklin Quest Version of PalmPilotTM
Salt Lake City, UT (NYSE:FNQ) March 10, 1997 -- Franklin
Quest Co. introduces a Franklin version of the new PalmPilot line of
connected organizers from Palm Computing, Inc., a subsidiary of U.S.
Robotics. The Franklin version of PalmPilot includes close
integration with Franklin's award-winning ASCEND®97 personal
information management software for Windows® 95. Franklin Quest
is the world leader in time management training seminars and maker
of the Franklin Day Planner® system.

PalmPilot. Franklin Quest has developed software which allows users
to synchronize key information between ASCEND 97 and PalmPilot by
simply pressing the HotSync button on PalmPilot's docking cradle.

organizers. We have tailored the Franklin product to meet the needs
of our clients by including ASCEND 97 and a customized Task List for
