palmOne Announces Plans to Move Headquarters
Company Signs Sublease for Future Location in Sunnyvale, Calif.
MILPITAS, Calif., Jan. 6, 2005 -- palmOne, Inc. (Nasdaq: PLMO) today said it has entered into a sublease agreement for its future corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale, Calif. Under terms of the agreement with Philips Electronics North America Corp., palmOne will sublease approximately 288,000 square feet of space located at 950 and 1000 West Maude Avenue.
The company expects to move to the Sunnyvale property in mid-2005, around the same time its current Milpitas lease is set to expire. The Sunnyvale sublease has a term of approximately 6 years.
