Keep contacts organized and at your fingertips.
-
See names and numbers at a glance.
View a list of all the names and main/primary phone numbers you've entered into your organizer. Tap once on a name to bring up the details for that person. Keep track of multiple numbers—home, cell and work numbers, email addresses, and more. -
Update contact information easily.
Change a phone number or address simply by entering the new phone number or address over the old one. -
Organize contacts by category.
Keep track of the different areas of your life by creating categories—like emergency, family, school, babysitters, restaurants, and recreation—and assigning each contact to a specific category. Then view the contacts in a single category, or view them all. -
Never forget a birthday.
Be the person who remembers everyone's birthday. Enter a birthday with a person's contact information and it shows up on your Calendar each year. Remind yourself to get a card and a gift by setting a reminder that pops up days before the event. -
Add a photo to a name.
Attach photos of friends and loved ones directly to their contact information. That way, you'll always see their smiling face. -
Jog your memory with a note.
Add a note to a contact—such as the names of your clients—children, your aunt's favorite restaurant, or directions to your cousin's new house. -
Create a beamable business card.
Create a contact with your own information and select it as your business card. You can then beam it to other Palm Powered™ handhelds. -
Simple things to do with Contacts:
- Add a note to a contact with the directions to their house.
- Create a category for your company, and then list the names and numbers of the colleagues you work closely with.
- Add your pet as a contact entry, and list the vet's phone number, the brand of pet food you normally buy, medication, and other information.
- Change the display font of your Contacts to fit more information on the page or make it easier to read. Choose one of four fonts.
- Create a category called Emergency and keep police, fire, your vet, nanny, and your neighbors' phones listed there.
