Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync® lets you wirelessly synchronize your smartphone with your company's server to send and receive email, update your calendar and contacts, and respond to meeting invitations.

    Exchange ActiveSync works with the VersaMail® 3.5 email client and Calendar and Contacts organizer software built in to the Palm® Treo™ 700p smartphone.

    Synchronize your Inbox, including attachments. Your messages are sent through the Exchange server, and copies are added to the Sent Items folder on the server. Messages you've deleted are moved to the Deleted Items on the server-so the Inbox on your desktop computer stays as up to date as the one on your Treo.

    Accept, tentatively accept, or decline meeting invitations, with or without comments. Meetings you've accepted on your smartphone are automatically added to your calendar and updated on the server. View the meeting location and attendees, right on your smartphone.

    Send and receive email quickly. Replies and forwarded email messages are optimized for quicker distribution over the network.

    Automatically adjust to time zones. All calendar events time-shift based on the time zone you set for your smartphone.

    Synchronize your contact list. Any updates you make on your smartphone will be synchronized with the server.
