How to start.

  • Double-check the requirements on the right bar to make sure you have everything you need to run BlackBerry Connect™ on your Treo™ 680 smartphone
  • Contact your IT department to create an account on your BlackBerry Enterprise Server™
  • Purchase a BlackBerry Connect data plan (contact AT&T)
  • Download and install the BlackBerry Connect software to your Treo 680 and PC
  • Important: BlackBerry connect is only supported on older software versions of the Treo 680 smartphone for AT&T. Check your smartphone to determine if BlackBerry Connect is compatible before you start (more info).
