Repair/replacement of special edition products will be replaced with a new or reconditioned standard product when special parts are not available.
"Open Box" Palm, Treo, and Visor products purchased after June 1, 2004, are sold "as-is," with no warranty. If you purchased your "Open Box" device from The Palm Store, you may be entitled to a 30 day Open-Box return policy for defective items. "Open Box" Palm, Treo, and Visor products purchased before June 1, 2004, have a 90-day warranty.
After 90 days, service fees apply for Palm telephone technical support.
Repair & Return is the U.S. standard repair process for Tungsten, Zire, and Palm-branded devices. The Repair Center shall, at its option, either replace Treo and Visor products with a comparable product or repair the same product. Replacement products may be reconditioned.
The Advance Exchange service option is dependent on product availability. Palm reserves the right to change Advance Exchange availability on certain product models at any time.
All service orders will have applicable taxes calculated based on the customer's ship to address and Palm's tax nexus (more).
