Can't remember when you purchased your Treo 680 smartphone? You can use your serial number to find out if you should install the Camera Update.

Finding your serial number
Your Treo 680 serial number is located on the back of the phone, underneath the battery.

Serial numbers do not contain the letters I, O, S or Z. If a character appears to be the letter O, please use the number zero (0). For example, S/N "PMCG2DA1A11A".
