VersaMail 2.6 Lotus Notes Update

The Multimail.prc file resolves an issue related to messages marked as Delete on Server not being deleted from Lotus Domino. This patch is required only for VersaMail 2.6/2.6.1 users who sync email locally with Lotus Notes.


System Requirements
  • Tungsten™ T3 or E
  • VersaMail 2.6/2.6.1
  • Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
  • Must sync email locally with Lotus Notes

Warning:
  • This patch is intended only for VersaMail versions 2.6 and 2.6.1. It does not work for previous or later releases of VersaMail.


Installation Instructions
  1. Download:
    1. English: VM_2_6_Notes.zip (260KB ZIP file).
    2. French: VM_2_6_Notes_FR.zip (261KB ZIP file).
    3. German: VM_2_6_Notes_DE.zip (262KB ZIP file).
    4. Italian: VM_2_6_Notes_IT.zip (261KB ZIP file).
    5. Spanish: VM_2_6_Notes_ES.zip (261KB ZIP file).
    6. Brazilian Portugese: VM_2_6_Notes_BP.zip (262KB ZIP file).
  2. Locate the file you just downloaded.
  3. Decompress the file using a standard decompression utility.
  4. Double-click the Multimail.prc file.
  5. Select the correct username from the drop down menu.
  6. Perform a HotSync operation.
